SYSTEM MIGRATION UPDATE

Latest Update Mon 04 Sep 2017 11:56 PM ET
With Further Updates As They Become Available

As we write this, we are working diligently to work through two separate situations:

  • The migration of our 17-year-running website to a significantly expanded infrastructure; while,

  • Some of our colleagues are located at Data Centers in Texas including Houston and Austin with this area suffering through the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, an unprecedented and devastating 1,000 Year Flood.

If you are among those who are working through your own response to Hurricane Harvey, please know that our thoughts, best wishes, and prayers are with you and yours at this difficult time.

Now speaking more generally and to those who are still working through previous disaster events and / or who are preparing for those events that may be arriving in the future — including Right Now as we track weather related to the looming Hurricane Irma — please know that we all are deeply committed to providing you with excellent service and we all are working diligently to complete as seamless a migration process as possible — and with this now also experiencing the urgency to be of service to our colleagues and friends who have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey and are now bracing for the possible landfall of Hurricane Irma.

Please know that we will continue in our efforts until we have identified and isolated any and all causes and corrected every issue that might result in our delivering anything less than an excellent experience for you.

And so,

First: Thank You for your patience.

Next, we suggest that during this time and while we work through our migration and address any added impacts from Hurricane Harvey, for your convenience, we are including below a text version of the forms used to contact us and to send us feedback.

The text included below can be copy-and-pasted into any email body and used as the framework for submitting whatever you might have submitted via the forms but by your using any email client including mobile device apps and without having to rewrite messages or duplicate any effort you may have already put into completing any other form.
